One-to-one Spiritual Healing

When we discover that we are held and supported by source/the god of our understanding and become attuned to the love that flows to us at all times, we remember ourselves as the loving and free-flowing beings that we are. The more we remember this reality, the happier, healthier and more joyful we become. ​I work with ‘source’ energy to remind you of who you really are, and what is possible, once we practice allowing this to be our reality. As we get to know ourselves spiritually, we tap into an immense and unlimited resource of support and guidance for ourselves to help us navigate through life. It sounds very simplistic and it is. When we reach a level of acceptance and we allow ourselves to be more in sync with the larger vibrational aspect of ourselves – our soul energy or inner/higher self – we start to experience ourselves and our lives healing. I work to gently soothe my clients towards awareness of their own healing potential and their ability to find heightened states of ease, vitality and wellbeing. ​ This happens through conversations that help explore and guide a client towards new understandings. In an in-person setting, gentle intuitive touch also helps them to realise this on a body level – helping to release tension and holding patterns in the fascia and calm the nervous system to create a greater sense of spaciousness, alignment and softening.  In person hands-on healing takes place at my home practice in Leamington Spa but home visits can sometimes be organised, both in this area and in London, get in touch. An hour’s session at my home practice costs £85, a 90-minute session costs £125. At my London venues (see below) an hour's session starts from £110 per hour, £150 for 90-minutes. Zoom healing/coaching sessions cost £85 per hour. I offer spiritual healing (hands-on healing/in person along with zoom coaching/healing sessions).
